Return Policy

Bikini Flavors stands behind the quality of our products and will provide a full refund or exchange for any DEFECTIVE product.

Returns and Exchange items must be received within 15 days of the delivery date. A Return Authorization form is enclosed with every package. You need to fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. We recommend that you pay for a tracking number and insurance for your returned package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returned packages. Please make sure your order number, name, and phone number are inside your return package and that the return is at our store by the date stated on your packing slip.

Shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders and will be billed to the original method of payment.

Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs). All tags MUST still be attached to the garments. Swimsuits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered CANNOT be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you $35 and return the items to you. We reserve the right to remove any customer from our customer list and not to accept any further orders due to excessive returns of soiled, worn, damaged or laundered items.
